Ingredients:
10 pieces chicken feet
1/2 onion (shredded)
2 shallots (shredded)
5 chilli padi (diced finely)
Seasoning:
100ml lime juice
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Method:
1. Cook chicken feet in boiling water for 1/2 hour till it becomes soft.
2. Scoop up chicken feet and soak in cold water for 10 minutes. Remove bones with a small knife. Cut the chicken feet into small pieces.
3. Place (2) into a bowl. Add in other ingredients and seasoning. Mix well and serve as an appetizer.
