Ingredients: (2 servings)
2 packets instant noodles
1 can red-cooked pork
2 mushrooms (soaked, sliced)
2 stalks sawi/ choysum (cut into sections)
1 pip garlic (minced)
Method:
1. Scald instant noodles in hot water till soft. Remove and drain off excess water. Set aside.
2. Heat up a little oil in wok. Sauté garlic. Add in mushrooms and canned red-cooked pork. Bring it to a boil. Add in no.(1), mix well. Dish up. Serve hot as a simple meal.
