Ingredients: (2 servings)
100g small shell pasta
1/2 bowl anchovies/ ikan bilis (washed)
600ml water
6 pieces fish balls
2 pieces crab sticks (sliced)
1 stalk sawi/ choysum (cut into sections)
Seasoning:
1/2 tbsp soy sauce
A little pepper
Method:
1. Heat up a pot of water till it boils. Cook small shell pasta till soft. Remove and drain off excess water. Set aside.
2. Heat up 2 tbsp oil in wok. Sauté anchovies. Add in water and bring it to a boil. Let it boil for 10 minutes over high heat. Strain the anchovies stock.
3. Pour no.(2) into a pot and bring it to a boil. Add in no.(1), fish balls, crab sticks and sawi, mix well. Add in seasoning. Dish up. Serve hot as a quick meal.
