Szechuan Hot & Sour Noodles

230ml hot & sour soup (see previous recipe)
20g hot pickled mustard tuber
20g pork shreds
A skein (bundle) of fine noodles
A little spring onion
1. Boil some water. Blanch noodles, pork and mustard tuber till cooked. Transfer to a bowl.
2. Pour hot & sour soup over. Serve hot.
