Ingredient:
10 pieces chicken wings
Marinade:
2 tbsps light soy sauce
5 shallots (pound, extract juice)
1 tsp salt
2 tbsps honey
1 tbsp ginger juice
1 tbsp barbecued sauce
Method:
1. Clean chicken wings. Marinate with marinade for one hour.
2. Skewer the chicken wings with steel skewers. Barbecued over charcoal griller. Baste with some oil and honey till golden brown in colour.
Tips: If you marinate chicken wings overnight, do not add in ginger juice or else the meat will turn soft.Basting oil on chicken wings during the grilling process helps to prevent meat from sticking onto the griller. Brushing honey onto wings will bring out a glossy, beautiful colour.
