Ingredients:
2 fresh sweet corns (quartered)
1 green, 1 red, 1 yellow capsicums (cut into 1 inch pieces)
Some bamboo skewers (soaked)
Method:
1. Skewer capsicum and sweet corn onto soaked bamboo skewers. Alternate the colour of capsicum and add a piece of corn as you go along.
2. Brush some oil on them.
3. Charcoal grill (1) for a few minutes. Serve hot.
